Good question. We use waters of distillation, which are the vapours of natural products distilled
in water. So, our fragrances are essentially fancy-smelling water. -
There are no animal products or animal by-products in our formulas, so yes, our products are
vegan. -
That all depends on where you live. The below estimates should give you a rough idea.
Australian Domestic : Typically 1-2 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.
New Zealand : Typically 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.
All other international customers:Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, international orders may take up to four weeks.

But if we run out after you've already placed your order, we’ll give you the option of either waiting until it's back in stock, buying another product or receiving a refund. Plus, you’ll receive hypothetical flowers and real apologies.

We send all orders in recycled boxes using no-issue tissue paper and recycled packaging so your products can get delivered in the safest, cutest, and most environmentally-friendly way.

Yes! In fact, if you have sensitive skin, our products were made for you. They’re pH-balanced and gentle enough to not irritate your skin barrier, while still getting you the results you’re looking for.

That term is highly subjective (and fervently Googled). But yes, we are non-comedogenic.
Comedogenic ingredients are ones that block your pores, like mineral oils and petroleum.
There isn’t a single ingredient in any of our products that would block pores or could be considered comedogenic. Phew. -
Nasties aren’t our thing. You won’t find any parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or synthetic colours in any of our products. Yep, we did that on purpose. Check out our actives glossary to see what is and isn’t in our products.

We do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all our packaging. Our shipping
boxes that safely (and lovingly) hold your orders are recyclable. We’re thrilled that the Enzyme Exfoliator bottle is fully recyclable, and our airless products are recyclable, too. We’re hoping to develop refills down the line so you can hang on to your favourite bottle – it looks good on your shelf anyway. -
Don't panic! Introducing your skin to new products and ingredients can sometimes cause a slight ‘purge’, (aka small breakouts, dryness, or even some irritation) because your skin is not used to it – yet. We recommend slowing down for a few days and seeing what happens, then trying again. Consider other factors that might have caused the breakout too. Hormones, stress, and even the weather can interfere with your skin. Still stumped? Email us at

Glad you asked! Yes it is. And we’re proud as punch about it. Broad spectrum means it'll protect you from both kinds of UV wavelengths: UVA rays (the ones that cause premature fine lines, wrinkles and sun spots) as well as UVB rays (the ones that cause sunburn and, welp, skin cancer).
